Using NeuronAI

These Terms govern your use of the NeuronAI website, dashboard, APIs, and related services. By using them, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

You must provide accurate information, protect your account credentials, and use NeuronAI only for lawful purposes.

Connected Meta channels

When you connect a Facebook Page or Instagram professional account, you confirm that you are authorised to manage that account and to grant NeuronAI the requested access.

Your use of Meta products remains subject to Meta’s terms, policies, and platform rules. You may disconnect a channel through NeuronAI or Meta at any time.

Acceptable use

You must not use NeuronAI to:

  • send spam, deceptive, abusive, or unlawful communications;
  • infringe another person’s rights or privacy;
  • attempt to interfere with, bypass, or misuse the service or its security controls;
  • use automated decisions or AI-generated content without appropriate human review where it could cause harm.

Service availability and AI output

We may change, maintain, or suspend parts of NeuronAI when reasonably necessary. We do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

AI-generated output can be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing it before relying on it or sending it to another person.
