Data Deletion Instructions

You can request deletion of personal data that NeuronAI holds about you, including data connected with a Facebook Page or Instagram professional account that uses NeuronAI.

This page explains how to begin a request. It does not require you to share a password, access token, or other sensitive credential.

Email neuronaiuz@gmail.com with the subject “Meta data deletion request” and include:

• the Facebook or Instagram account, Page, handle, or conversation that helps us identify the relevant data;
• the email address associated with your NeuronAI account, if you have one;
• a clear statement that you are requesting data deletion.

We will confirm receipt, request only the information necessary to verify and locate the data, and explain the next steps by email.

After verification, we will delete or anonymise applicable personal data in accordance with our legal and operational obligations. If some information must be retained, we will explain the reason where appropriate.

Meta users may also use the deletion request options offered by Facebook or Instagram. Requests received through Meta are handled in accordance with Meta’s required confirmation process once that integration is enabled.

If you manage a business Page or professional account, you may need to coordinate a request with the account administrator.
