NeuronAI now runs on credits, with up to a 20% top-up bonus
my.neuronai.uz has switched to credits: balances and prices are now shown in credits, and 1 credit is 1 Uzbek so’m (UZS). You still pay in so’m through Payme or Click.
There is a second change too: a top-up bonus. Top up your balance with 50,000 UZS or more and 5% to 20% is added to your payment in bonus credits.
What is a credit, and did my balance change?
A credit is the one unit every NeuronAI service is billed in. Speech synthesis, transcription, the language model and other API calls all draw on the same balance, in credits. Prices are in credits too: text to speech with a standard voice, for example, costs 0.3 credits a character.
Nothing was recalculated: a balance of 12,345 UZS is now 12,345 credits. Your transaction history, usage statistics and each API key’s monthly spend limit are in credits as well.
What you pay stays in so’m. In the top-up dialog, each package shows its credits first, with its price in UZS underneath.
How does the top-up bonus work?
The bonus depends on the amount you pay, and every Payme and Click payment earns it:
| Top-up amount | Bonus |
|---|---|
| 10,000–49,999 UZS | no bonus |
| 50,000–249,999 UZS | +5% |
| 250,000–499,999 UZS | +10% |
| 500,000–999,999 UZS | +15% |
| 1,000,000 UZS or more | +20% |
The bonus is not only for exactly 50,000 UZS: any amount in a range earns that range’s rate. Pay 100,000 UZS, for example, and you get 105,000 credits with a 5% bonus; pay 300,000 UZS and you get 330,000 credits with a 10% bonus. The bonus is rounded down to a whole credit.
Before you pay, the top-up dialog shows what you pay, the bonus you get and the total credits that will land on your balance. Your transaction history then shows the bonus as its own line, such as “Top-up bonus 10%”, next to the payment it came with.
How do I top up?
- Sign in at my.neuronai.uz and click Add balance in the sidebar, or Top Up Balance on the Billing page.
- Pick a package, or click Other amount and type any amount from 10,000 UZS.
- Check the summary under the packages: You pay, the bonus and You get show the exact credits before you pay.
- Choose Payme or Click and click Continue to payment.
- Once the payment provider confirms the payment, the credits and their bonus land on your balance.
Only the organization’s owner can top up. If you are a team member, ask the owner.
For developers: what changed in the API?
The numbers are the same; only the unit’s name changed:
- The
currencyfield ofGET /api/v1/balancenow returnscreditsinstead ofUZS. The field names are unchanged. - The
X-CostandX-Balanceheaders and each API key’s monthly spend limit are in credits.
If your app compares currency with UZS, update that check.
